Executive Office Manager
Ngutu College is an independent, not-for-profit, socially just college on Kaurna Country in Woodville North, South Australia.

The Executive Office Manager (EOM) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of College (HOC) to drive the strategic direction in alignment with the vision set by and with the Board. This position is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of operations, administration, and project management, facilitating the College’s strategic objectives. By working closely with the HOC, the EOM ensures that all activities are completed with efficiency, cultural awareness and compliance in a manner that reflects the College’s core values, ultimately contributing to long-term success and growth.
The EOM plays a vital role as a conduit between staff, the Board, the community, and College leadership, fostering clear communication and collaboration across all levels. By anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and understanding how current operations impact the College’s broader objectives, the EOM supports the seamless flow of information and drives alignment amongst the community.
This role requires a proactive and adaptive mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the College’s values and mission. Building trust in a professional, empathetic and approachable manner is key. The successful applicant will be highly organised, have demonstrated experience in change and project management and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced evolving organisation.

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
