We need a no-nonsense, solutions-focused Office Manager who can run the office like a well-oiled machine, support the leadership team, and ensure that processes, systems, and people are aligned for success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role is essential in keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be the glue that holds the business together, taking charge of office operations, executive support, HR, and sales/marketing admin.
Office & Administration Management
· Streamline office processes and introduce systems to improve efficiency.
· Oversee office supplies, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a smooth workspace.
· Handle documentation, record-keeping, and general admin tasks.
· Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
Executive & Leadership Team Support
· Manage executive diaries, schedules, and meeting coordination.
· Provide confidential support for senior leadership.
· Assist with planning and executing business strategies.
People & HR Administration
· Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and onboarding processes.
· Manage the HR calendar, including recruitment, reviews, and employee activities.
· Support team development, training, and company culture initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Support
· Coordinate sales team admin, prepare proposals, and assist with marketing campaigns.
· Organize sales training, conferences, and customer engagement events.
· Oversee branding initiatives, social media updates, and website content.
Event & Travel Coordination
· Organize staff and executive travel, both domestic and international.
· Plan and manage internal and external events, including conferences and meetings.
· Arrange branded merchandise, gifts, and promotional materials.

· Tech-savvy – You’re proficient in MS Office and open to implementing new office systems.
Experience We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in Office Management, Executive Support, or Administration in a fast-paced industry.
· Experience handling HR administration and people management.
· Background in sales support or marketing coordination (preferred, but not essential).
