About the role
Commercial Segment
As an Account Executive with Birdeye Australia, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales for our leading SaaS product. You will be working with a collaborative and supportive team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve ambitious commercial goals.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals, and position our product as the ideal solution
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
Maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity and accurately forecast revenue
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies
Provide valuable feedback to the product team to help enhance our offering
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a consultative sales approach
Highly motivated and driven, with a competitive yet collaborative working style
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools
