About Us
Megasealed is Australia’s most reputable bathroom and balcony leak repair and rejuvenation specialist. With almost 30 years of experience, our national franchise network delivers innovative, long-lasting regrouting, waterproofing and tiling solutions across both Residential and Commercial sectors.

Due to strong growth and increasing demand from the commercial market, we’re excited to launch a new Commercial Services Division — and we’re looking for a motivated professional to help build it from the ground up.

About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager – Commercial Services will take ownership of business development in the commercial space. This role is focused on driving new business, building client relationships, managing service delivery, and overseeing tender opportunities — all while working closely with our Franchisees.

You’ll be working across sectors including:

Strata management

Retirement & aged care facilities

Social housing & NDIS

Healthcare & hospitals

Insurance and multi-site commercial clients

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to meet revenue goals

Drive lead generation and secure new commercial accounts

Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

Oversee service delivery with internal teams and Franchisees

Identify and lead tender submissions and proposal development

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and regulatory standards

About You

Proven track record in B2B/B2C service-based sales and revenue growth

Experience in commercial contracts, account management or tendering

Strong understanding of procurement, project delivery, and multi-site ops

Confident communicator and negotiator with strong relationship skills

Collaborative, proactive and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Experience in construction, facilities, or insurance industries a bonus
