Location: Byron Bay to Kingscliff, Northern NSW Coast
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year + incentives

With plans to triple our portfolio in the next 3-5 years, we're looking for a Business Development Manager with a background in real estate or property sales to help us expand in one of Australia's most iconic regions.

What You'll Do

Expand the Portfolio: Use your real estate or property sales experience to attract and sign new management agreements.

Build Relationships: Network with property developers, real estate agents, and local businesses to establish Alloggio as the trusted partner in holiday accommodation.

Focus on Acquisition: Specialize in lead generation and securing management agreements with property owners.

Hit Targets: Develop and execute a sales strategy that delivers results.

What You Bring

3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related field.

A proven track record in business development, cold calling, and converting leads.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed targets.

A full Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
