About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow business across NSW. You’ll focus on building new relationships and expanding existing ones with clients in commercial, healthcare, retail, and education sectors. The product range is broad, and solutions are tailored—so you’ll need to be confident advising on both off-the-shelf and custom systems.
Your day-to-day will involve meeting clients, discussing access needs, quoting, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll also represent the business at trade shows and industry events, helping keep the brand front of mind in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
Developing strong client relationships and offering tailored entry solutions
Providing technical support and advice around doors, gates, and access systems
Hitting sales targets and helping grow the company’s market share
Working closely with the internal team to ensure projects are delivered as promised
Keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and where the market is heading
Representing the brand at industry events and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of BDM or sales experience in automatic doors, gates, or a similar field
A good understanding of access control systems and automatic entry solutions will be highly advantageous
Proven ability to hit targets and grow accounts
Great communicator with strong customer focus
Able to work independently, manage your time well, and deliver results
Confident giving technical advice and recommending practical solutions
Willing to travel for client visits and industry events as required
What’s on Offer
Base salary of $100K-$120k + 11.5% Super
