This is a sales role, and you are expected to have 5+ years of experience working on-site, solving customers' problems with mechanical solutions.
You will join a Global Market leader that proudly dominates the Australian market due to the quality of its Solutions and Sales Team.

Global innovators developing power transmission, mechanical drives, motors, and industrial gearboxes up to 5000KW. Proudly leading the market in the heavy end of industrial mechanical solutions for Mining, Quarries Manufacturing, and Heavy Industry.
Travel across NSW to major accounts and secure opportunities to Quote, Specify, Tender and Close backed by your engineering team.
Continue the momentum by meeting with various clients to discuss ongoing company capabilities and solutions developments.
Experience your next level with ongoing training and development from the internal Mentorship & Professional Development frameworks.
Strategically develop new business with no limitations or red tape and Own Your Market.

Lead by example, calling on clients with your team in a hands-on capacity.
Coach, support, report, and lead your clients to targets and develop areas for improvement.
Winning new business supported by your engineering team.
Work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies for business improvement.
Experience:
Hit the ground running with 5 + years of onsite External Technical Sales Experience.
Mining, Quarries, and Manufacturing or Power Transmission, Drives, and Gearboxes sales experience.
Proven ability to influence, lead, and drive sales.
Excellent communication, CRM, and Reporting.
Passion, drive & hunger.

Proven experience solving problems and providing technical solutions on-site.

The Rewards:
$115,000 - $135,000 + Super + Bonus + Car (negotiable for the right candidate)
