THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take charge of acquiring new clients in target industries. With the flexibility of working from home, you’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into sustainable partnerships. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated internal team while reporting to the New Business Manager and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition: Build and manage a robust prospecting list, identifying high-potential clients within target industries.
Cold Calling Excellence: Reach out to decision-makers, secure meetings, and present tailored solutions.
Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis and deliver proposals that demonstrate value.
CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a proactive and results-driven professional with a track record of success in business development. With a natural ability to communicate and build relationships, you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You’re tech-savvy, adaptable to new tools, and know how to make remote work, work!
To be successful, you will need:
Proven Track Record: You’ve spent at least 2 years in a Business Development Manager or similar role, successfully driving new sales and exceeding targets.
Cold Calling Champion: You thrive on the thrill of cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals, turning leads into long-term clients.
Work-From-Home Expert: You’ve demonstrated success working remotely, staying focused, efficient, and connected in a similar setting.
Exceptional Communicator: Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Master Organiser: With excellent organisational and time management skills, you effortlessly juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
Tech-Savvy Pro: You’re confident using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and learning new tools to streamline your workflow.
Desirable:
Previous experience in consumer-based goods sales.
