Key Responsibilities

Inbound Calls & Email Management

Answer incoming landline calls and assist with account-related enquiries.

Monitor and manage daily emails including remittances.

Invoice & Payroll Management

Weekly review of unpaid and overdue invoices, with follow-ups and escalation.

Process payroll for employees and manage contractor payments.

Prepare weekly expense reports in Excel and reconcile accounts.

Maintain accurate records of payments and promptly follow up on delays.

Client & Administrative Queries

Respond to internal and external queries related to invoices, payroll, and financial matters in a timely and professional manner.

DEXT & Document Processing

Upload and verify supplier invoices in Dext, ensuring correct GST categorisation and compliance.

Financial Operations & Compliance

Manage and process superannuation payments on time.

Coordinate with admin staff for supplier orders and payments.

Handle vehicle-related financial matters including fines, insurance, e-tolls, and registration renewals.

Maintain up-to-date business insurance and manage related documents.

Monitor key financial accounts

Assist with employment agreements and long-service leave planning.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide financial insights and process improvements to management.

Support ad-hoc projects and general office operations as needed.
