Pedal Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to champion our portfolio of exclusively distributed bicycle & accessory brands. Reporting directly to the Product GM, this role offers a high level of empowerment and autonomy to create impactful strategies and campaigns to drive growth and awareness.

Pedal Group is the parent company of 99 Bikes and Advance Traders and is Australia’s largest bicycle company. Backed by major investor Flight Centre in 2008, we now have over 800 employee shareholders. Pedal Group operates 70+ bicycle retail stores, two wholesale distribution businesses, and a commercial property business. Originally from Brisbane, we now serve cyclists across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Our portfolio of Brands includes international major cycling brands including Merida Bikes, Cube Bikes, Met Helmets & our own brand Pedal Bikes.

Your Role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing brand salience and growth in awareness of our exclusively distributed bicycle & accessory brands. This will be achieved through strategic planning, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and effective budget management. Your expertise will ensure cohesive brand communication across digital, social, print, and event platforms.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Be empowered to autonomously develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our major distributed brands - Merida, Cube, Pedal and Met.

✔️ Have the flexibility to create and manage the brand marketing campaign calendar.
✔️ Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns for maximum impact.
✔️ Get curious to analyze key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔️ Lead cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
✔️ Manage the Brand Marketing P&L to maximize ROI.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Experience in brand marketing with a proven track record of high-ROI campaigns.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, external agencies and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
