About the Role

As the Marketing Manager at Aurora Property you will be responsible for developing and executing customised marketing strategies for real estate agents.

Your role will focus on branding, content creation, and profiling through paid advertising, ensuring each agent has a strong and recognizable presence in their marketplace. You will work closely with agents to create tailored marketing plans, design high-quality marketing materials & execute the plan to elevate their personal brand.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Branding & Personal Marketing

• Meet with sales agents to provide creative direction to position them as market leaders through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Craft compelling captions & social media content to build online presence and boost engagement.
• Track campaign performance and refine strategies to improve personal brand.
• Organise agent videography content creation.
• Design high-quality print marketing collateral inline with the agents personal marketing strategy.
• Design and order promotional items.

Oversight of Property Marketing Collateral

• Oversee the property print marketing executed by VAs, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure property ad text, videos and photography assets meet brand standards before being published.
• Execute Meta Facebook & Instagram property campaigns in line with vendor paid advertising.

Presentation & Event Marketing:

• Design invites & promotional assets for internal and external events.
• Arrange videographers to showcase events.
• Assist with designing high-impact presentations for events.

About You

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, branding, or graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and out-of-home media.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Experience in social media management and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends and personal branding strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agents and projects.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for helping real estate agents build their market presence.
