We are a market-leading telecommunications service aimed at delivering seamless connections between and government, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Marketing Manager with a strong telecommunications and official service background to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns for HelloCentre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition, specifically within the telecommunications or similar highly-regulated sectors. This role will involve both digital and traditional marketing efforts, focusing on enhancing HelloCentre’s visibility, credibility, and user base while positioning us as a trusted, authoritative platform in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aimed at increasing HelloCentre’s brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement, with a focus on official services and telecommunications.

Brand Positioning and Awareness: Establish and reinforce HelloCentre as a trusted, official platform for government communication, differentiating it from entertainment and other non-official apps in the marketplace.

Digital and Traditional Marketing: Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, search, email, SEO/SEM, etc.) and traditional marketing channels (TV, radio, outdoor advertising) to increase visibility and user base.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize lead generation, drive conversions, and grow HelloCentre’s user base, focusing on both B2C and B2B segments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as government bodies, media, telecommunications agencies, and digital influencers to amplify HelloCentre’s reach and credibility.

Performance Analytics & Optimization: Continuously track and measure campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI and KPIs. Leverage data to improve marketing efforts and better meet the needs of target audiences.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Lead content development and positioning efforts to communicate HelloCentre’s value proposition clearly, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, and user testimonials.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a small, dynamic marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong background in telecommunications, official services, or technology-driven customer solutions. Experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns is essential.

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead marketing teams, set strategic direction, and deliver impactful results across multiple channels.

Telecommunications & Official Services Knowledge: Experience in marketing official platforms, government services, or highly-regulated sectors, with a clear understanding of compliance, data privacy, and consumer trust-building.

Campaign Management: Strong expertise in end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization to execution, monitoring, and optimization.

Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, measuring campaign success, and optimizing strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cross-Channel Expertise: Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, SEM, SEO, email marketing, PR, and offline media), with a focus on driving measurable results.

Team Management: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications or further qualifications are a plus.
