The BUSY Group is seeking a dynamic Group Account Manager to lead engagement across our diverse business units and drive impactful marketing strategies that align with our powerful purpose: to make skills, education, and employment accessible to everyone.

A bit about the role...

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, conduct market research, and identify innovative opportunities.
• Project Management Excellence: Create detailed marketing briefs and project manage new marketing initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Lead meetings, collaborate with creative, community, and digital teams, and manage external agency relationships.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign ROI, and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Southport office.

A bit about you…

• Proven experience in marketing account management, project management, or a similar role (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign development, and execution.
• Experience developing marketing briefs and working with creative teams/agencies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing performance tracking and reporting.
• Qualifications in marketing management or related field.
• A background in agency management or cross-functional marketing is highly regarded.
• Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
