White Cross Healthcare Solutions is a 25 year plus locally owned home health, rehabilitation and mobility equipment business based in Geelong. We supply healthcare items of all types to the DVA, TAC, NDIS, public, private homes, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Solution Specialist product demonstration role is pivotal to building and sustaining long term relationships with our major clients. Integral to the role is the ability to understand and communicate effectively White Cross Healthcare Solutions capabilities related to products with existing and new customers. The role is responsible for representing our specialist solutions products by delivering face-to-face presentations to appropriate contacts in the Health Sector, communicating with customers, and ensuring that the White Cross Healthcare Solutions are front of mind when it comes time to purchase or hire.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
Customer & Stakeholder Focus
- Develop a strong account management routine and build relationships with existing and new potential clients.
- Organise and complete face to face demonstrations, presentations, and equipment trials with key contacts with current and perspective customers.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, Occupational Therapists, Healthcare Facilities and Healthcare Professionals
- Actively create new business opportunities that lead to company growth and company sales growth.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Experience in a similar customer service, or sales or account management role and industry knowledge will be highly regarded
- Experience with office management software Office 365
- Developing product knowledge by learning and accurately researching equipment
- Physically fit to manually lift up to 20 kgs safely and comfortably
- Full clean Drivers Licence
- Willingness to undertake a National Police check.
- Exhibit superior customer service skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
