AFR Relocation Services (South) Pty Ltd is an independently owner franchise of Allied Moving Services and is based at Wodonga and has an opportunity for a proactive, customer focused Sales Consultant to join their team.

About the Role:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for customer service? Allied Moving Services is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team in Wodonga. In this role, you will be the face of our company, conducting in-home sales inspections, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through their moving journey with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home sales inspections to assess customer needs and provide tailored moving solutions. No cold calling.
• Prepare accurate and professional quotes based on inspections and customer requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free moving experience.
• Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services to confidently address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
• A highly motivated client focused and results-driven individual with a passion for sales.
• Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills.
• A high level of attention to detail to articulate client requirements
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Experience in in-home sales, removals, real estate, or a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
• IT literate and experienced using the Microsoft Office suite, as well as willing to learn new systems and processes required for preparing quotes including use of tablet to determine items to be relocated
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
