The Role

As a key member of the project team, the chosen Site Manager will spearhead site works on projects ranging from $500km to $5m (Mech) across the state.

Responsibilities will encompass meticulous scheduling, sub-contractor management, assisting the Project Manager in adhering to time and budget goals and constraints, OHS, and ensuring sites are safe and compliant.

Requirements

• Full work rights in Australia (non-negotiable)
• HVAC trade / Mech Plumber / extensive industry knowledge
• Stable employment history in Australia
• Proven track record in HVAC projects / site supervision
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and documentation skills
