The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a skilled Site Manager to take charge of a $3.5M childcare centre project in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing builder who has a strong pipeline of work and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and site efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, CA's and consultants.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the commercial construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building processes and regulations.
• Ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to site management.
