About the Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the construction of a townhouse development (10 triple-storey units). Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction site for a townhouse development
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones while adhering to budget constraints
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site personnel
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team

What You’ll Need:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with the ability to manage complex projects independently. If you specialise in townhouse construction and have an eye for precision, we’d love to hear from you!

• 5+ years of experience in site management, with strong experience in townhouse or medium-density residential projects
• Familiarity with tight access sites and traffic management for main roads
• Strong understanding of civil construction, including sloping blocks and retaining walls
• Carpentry background is highly regarded
• Proficient in construction processes, safety protocols, and site management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to ensuring quality throughout the project
