With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury residential builds to the highest standard.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site management of high-end residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth progress.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and trades to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a strong focus on WHS regulations, conducting site inductions and safety audits.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain momentum.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining strict quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or a related field (preferred).
