Key Responsibility-
1. Drive sales growth within Australia through strategic engagement with IT& Pro AV channel distributors& business partners (resellers, system integrators& VARs).
2. Distributor stock management-
Collaborate with EC sales, project sales and distributor to make sure sufficient stock to fulfill order delivery. Propose solutions proactively to clean the slow-moving stock to avoid stock rotation.
3. Identify New Business Opportunities:
(1) Research and identify new market opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
(2) Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
(3) Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase sales.
4. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
(1) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
(2) Engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
(3) Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address their challenges.
5. Sales Strategy Development:
(1) Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
(2) Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:
(1) Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
(2) Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and pipeline management.
(3) Track performance against sales targets and adjust strategies as necessary.
7. Pricing Negotiation & Closing Deals:
(1) Negotiate pricing with clients to finalize the deal.
(2) Ensure the company’s services/products align with the client’s requirements.
(3) Close business deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
8. Potential travel may be required to strengthen the relationships and support distributors& business partners.
Qualifications-
1. 5-year and above working experience with IT/ Pro AV distributors, resellers, system integrators, VARs.
2. Strong understanding of the technology industry and the channel ecosystem.
3. Proven track record in distribution sales and reseller growth.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
6. Analytical skills to assess the market trend, runrate& project business opportunities.
7. Willingness to travel as needed in order to build and maintain strong partner relationships.

1. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English language required.
3. Professional image, work ethics and integrity.
4. Strong customer service approach required.
