About the Role:
As an Accounts & Sales Support Officer, you will play a key role in financial and administrative functions while supporting our sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include payroll management, account reconciliation, filing, banking, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, and managing tills . The role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and assisting with sales tasks as needed. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within our expanding operations.

Selection Criteria:

Proven experience in accounts, including payroll management, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and comply with payroll awards and regulations.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders, combined with a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Capability to address and resolve financial issues efficiently, with adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions.

Commitment to high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Consistent attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Proficiency in office software and payroll systems, with experience in financial management and customer relationship management tools being advantageous.

Willingness to participate in training programs, upskill as required, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and sales.
