About the role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account & Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with veterinary practices, ensuring their needs are met with our specialised compounding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the client base within the veterinary sector
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales and service-related matters.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their compounding requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our compounding products and services, including understanding industry trends and new offerings.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, with experience in account management, preferably in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with veterinary compounding practices and products is advantageous but not required.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
