PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our National client who are a leading manufacturer in the automotive lube and oil industry. They specialise in products such as motor oils, transmission fluids, coolants, greases, and other specialty fluids designed to improve vehicle performance, protect engine components, and extend the lifespan of machinery namely cars, motorbikes, forklifts and OEM's.

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven sales professional to join the NSW team, and manage key relationships with franchisees and stakeholders in the South while identifying growth opportunities, and having fun with all this on the daily.

Reporting into the Sales Manager, as the Account Manager for automotive trade, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business by managing client relationships, expanding the customer base, and ensuring satisfaction within your region. Your day to day sales & account management functions will revolve around the 50% client relationship and 50% new business development across their Commercial Division in NSW/ACT.

Responsibilities;

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Offer technical advice where possible to suppliers and recommend products to Workshops etc.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to deliver outstanding service.
  • Regularly analyse performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.

About You;

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the commercial, automotive or franchise/retail industries.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel around Southern NSW
  • Enjoy Business Development
