Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Lead Generation – Making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to identify key decision-makers and understand their telecommunication needs.

Account Management – Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Sales & Closing Deals – Presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, and securing sales to meet and exceed targets.

CRM & Data Management – Accurately recording customer interactions and tracking sales progress.

Industry Expertise – Staying up to date on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Collaboration – Working within a supportive team environment to drive sales success.

What We’re Offering:

Full-time, permanent role, 38 hours per week (Monday – Friday, Work between 9 AM – 7 PM) for stability and career growth.

Salary: $36 per hour + Super plus commission, PTE additional $26,400 per annum.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging customers.

Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to navigate gatekeepers and overcome objections.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets.

High attention to detail, particularly in CRM record-keeping.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, account management, or lead generation.

A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Basic understanding of telecommunications products (or willingness to learn).

Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is not essential
