We are known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We’re expanding our team and looking for an organised, proactive, and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our operations team, helping to ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the operations team, clients and subcontractors to coordinate jobs, meet trades onsite and ensure projects stay on track and are within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules and logistics between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Communicate project updates to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure all required documentation, including estimates, invoices, and contracts, are complete and accurate.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Assist in the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for projects.

Collaborate with project managers to solve any issues that arise during the course of a project.

Maintain detailed records of project progress and communicate with clients to address any concerns.

Support the team with any administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Auditing jobs to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a related role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software

( Experience with Prime software highly advantageous)

Knowledge of the restoration industry is a plus but not required.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
