Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and administration of organisational programs and projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, while maintaining compliance with organisational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various projects and programs within the organisation.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate variations to programs, projects, and services.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to project implementation and services provided.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and administrative records.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and outcomes using project management tools such as Gantt Charts, risk matrices, and timesheets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on project activities and outcomes.
  • Oversee employee and contractor work and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct data analysis on projects and generate insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management or a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Construction Management).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in project administration or coordination.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Service M8 or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience working in consulting, engineering, construction, education, corporate, or non-profit sectors.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
