Project Coordinator – Project Management / Building Services

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of building services projects, including fire, mechanical, and electrical upgrades, across a diverse portfolio of education facilities in Sydney.

About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project management team across the planning, coordination, and execution of building services projects. Working alongside senior project leaders, you will gain hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, contributing to the successful enhancement of learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of fire, mechanical, electrical, and other building services projects across multiple education sites.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Help monitor project budgets, contracts, and risk management strategies to maintain efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, helping to streamline project workflows.

About You:

• Some experience in project coordination within building services, capital works, minor works, or infrastructure projects (education sector experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field (or currently working toward these).
