If you’re practical, smart and organised, here’s your chance to join our operations team as Projects Coordinator to coordinate project delivery and handle post-sale customer communication.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key contributor in our operations team and be the point of contact for customers post-sale. Your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate the delivery of projects on time, on budget, to spec and ensure the customer has a great experience.

You will:

• Maintain close proactive communication with exceptional responsiveness to all customers, post-sale
• Collaborate with Ops manager and team to determine timing and scheduling of product and materials for delivery and installation
• Coordinate site works with reputable contractors, ensuring works are executed fast, safely, to quality standards, and within budget
• Drive profitability of site works, raise progress invoices and meet target timeframes, maintain invoicing projections
• Provide relevant documentation to client, coordinate applications, utilise internal processes around project and order delivery
• Arrange dispatch of customer orders
• Site WHSEQ including all necessary documentation
• Support sales with site works advice, documentation and estimating to ensure competitive bids

About you and the skills we need

You're a well-rounded project professional looking to leverage a wide range of skills, ensuring all customers receive an exceptionally easy order/project experience, and the business succeeds.

• You are great at getting things done, and enjoy having a wide range of responsibilities
• You have a hands-on and practical understanding of construction trades and managing subcontractors, and can remotely troubleshoot issues on site and propose practical solutions
• You understand numbers and contracts, and can manage the commercial aspect of projects to achieve profitability
• You are personable, your communication skills are exemplary (spoken and written English) and you are a quick learner
• You are driven to succeed and take initiative, love improving process efficiency, accuracy and speed, are high output and motivated by the success of the business
• You embody humility, welcome accountability and feedback to grow and improve, and work well within a team
• You are adept at leveraging technology and comfortable with a high volume of desk-based computer and phone work
