Project Coordinator – Construction

Salary: $80,000 salary package, negotiable

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable construction company specializing in residential, commercial and apartment projects. Our client is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.

About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will support the project management team with day-to-day tasks and provide coordination across various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team
• Support the team in resolving any issues that may arise during construction

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Coordinator role in residential, commercial, or apartment construction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of construction processes and documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Must be willing to undergo a medical and drug & alcohol test prior to employment
