At Reach Out Canberra, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals experiencing mental illness.
As a registered NDIS support provider, we offer support for individuals living with psychosocial disabilities through various community access programs and events. We now seek a highly organised Office Administrator to support our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage across programs.
Maintain up-to-date staff rosters and manage changes, absences, and availability.
Answer & make phone calls, manage inquiries, and delegate messages to the appropriate team members.
Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
Handle internal communications related to scheduling and roster management.
Support the scheduling of meetings, events, and other office duties.
Manage office supplies and support general office operations.
Provide excellent customer service and be a central point of contact for staff and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Experience with roster coordination and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to answer phones, manage inquiries, and delegate messages effectively.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
