As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and capable Administration & Office Support Officer to join our professional team.
Position Overview
This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and service coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling service calls, managing client communication, purchasing, and supporting our field technicians to deliver excellent service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and field service teams
• Schedule and coordinate service jobs for technicians
• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries by phone and email
• Manage job bookings and maintain accurate records in the job management system
• Prepare service reports, quotes, and purchase orders
• Source and procure spare parts and equipment as required
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and process orders
• Maintain stock records and assist with inventory management
• Support general office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation
Skills and Experience Required
• Previous experience in administration, office support, or service coordination
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with job management software (preferred but not essential)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
