To support our continuing growth, OIG is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.
About you
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, though this is not a strict requirement. The role will also suit a recent school, TAFE or university leaver.
Your strong work ethic and drive to consistently deliver outstanding service in a timely manner will be highly regarded. You will enjoy working for fast-growing company that often participate in regular social activities.

The position
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO of the business.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from managing office supplies and coordinating meetings to supporting our team with their administrative needs. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will help maintain a productive and professional work environment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and correspondence
Ensure smooth daily operations, including maintaining the kitchen area and managing the inventory of office and kitchen supplies
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
Manage office files and records, ensuring they are organised and up to date
Support the HR department with onboarding new employees
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office security procedures
Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team and office operations
