About the role

This full-time Sales Assistant role at INOVIT Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company based in South Granville, NSW. As part of the Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's sales initiatives and contributing to its continued success.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Sales team in achieving their sales targets and objectives

Providing exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing clients

Handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and following up on customer requests in a timely and efficient manner

Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Maintaining accurate and detailed sales records and documentation

Helping picking and dispatch the daily orders

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the sales industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
