We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations in our wholesale warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Customer Service:

· Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

· Process customer orders efficiently and accurately in the system.

· Provide pricing, stock availability, and product information to customers.

· Assist customers with order tracking and issue resolution.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients.

Stock Management & Inventory Control:

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure availability.

· Liaise with purchasing to replenish stock when needed.

· Identify slow-moving or overstocked items and suggest sales strategies.

· Assist with periodic stock takes and inventory reconciliation.

· Forklift operation

Sales & Administration:

· Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in the system.

· Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documentation.

· Assist in sales forecasting and reporting.

· Support the external sales team with internal administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or order processing within a wholesale, distribution, or warehouse environment.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Experience in using ERP or stock management systems

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Forklift License

· Experience in the construction material wholesale sector.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
