Key Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Agents with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions

Prepare and organise documents for property listings, contracts and other transaction-related paperwork

Maintain client databases and communication logs, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate

Schedule appointments, meetings and property showings

Coordinate with clients, contractors and third-party services to ensure smooth transactions

Handle enquiries from clients and respond promptly with accurate information

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for properties

Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role within paralegal, real estate or a related industry is highly desirable

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with real estate management software

Knowledge of real estate procedures and compliance is essential
