As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Support Assistant to join our team and support our sales agents in achieving their goals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Real Estate Sales Support Assistant to assist our real estate agents in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of the sales team, providing administrative support, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist sales agents with preparing and managing listings, marketing materials, and property documentation.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

Manage and maintain client databases and update property information in the CRM system.

Coordinate property showings and appointments for agents.

Process paperwork related to real estate transactions, including offers, contracts, and closing documents.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, organizing, and handling correspondence.

Handle post-sale follow-up and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth transaction closure.

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and social media posts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate or sales support is a plus.

Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.

Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is beneficial but not required.
