They’ve been quietly smashing out quality (and unique) commercial HVAC projects with Tier 2 builders across Victoria – now they’re ready to bring design into their own hands.

And they want you to lead the charge.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating detailed HVAC drawings from concept to as-built.

Setting up in-house drafting systems and standards.

Liaising with Project Managers and site teams.

Attending design reviews and coordinating with engineers.

Mentoring junior drafters down the line.

What you bring:

5+ years HVAC drafting experience in a mechanical contractor (not just consultancy).

High-level Revit (3D CAD), Navisworks. Bluebeam experience a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.

Confidence to work independently and drive your own workflow.

A mechanical mindset – you get how things are built, not just how they look.

Comfortable dealing with PMs, engineers, tradies, and the occasional office banter.
