HVAC Drafter – Intermediate to Senior Level

The Company
Our client is a dedicated building services drafting and coordination consultancy experiencing rapid growth in the Victorian market. Led by highly respected Directors in the HVAC space, they have recently secured several landmark projects and are looking to expand their team. If you're an experienced HVAC Drafter looking for your next challenge, this is an exciting opportunity to work with industry leaders.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors and collaborating with a highly experienced team, you will:

• Produce detailed workshop drawings using Revit.
• Manage coordination through Navisworks across major Tier I & II projects.
• Work on high-profile developments in commercial high-rise, healthcare, data centres, and retail sectors.
• Gain exposure to projects across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, and New Zealand.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• At least 5 years' experience in the mechanical contractor space.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality workshop drawings across diverse commercial and healthcare projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Prior experience working for a mechanical contractor is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
