🔹 Position: Leading Hand - Civil Construction (Roads)
⏰ Shift: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)
💰 Pay Rate: $49.60 per hour + penalties + allowances
📍 Location: Victoria Point (Redland Bay Project)

Our client is a multi-award-winning civil contractor specializing in roads and urban developments across Australia. Known for their skilled workforce and inclusive culture, they are seeking a proactive Leading Hand to help finalise a highway construction project in Redland Bay.

Your Role:

• Supervise and lead a civil construction team on night shifts
• Oversee highway works, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Manage site activities (machinery operation not essential)
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, providing progress updates and addressing challenges

Requirements:

• Previous experience in civil construction (highways/roads)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• White Card & relevant tickets (e.g., Excavator, Skid Steer)
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans
• Availability for Sunday to Thursday night shifts
