About You:

As an experienced Leading Hand, you bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for civil construction. You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in both team environments, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

What You Need to Bring:

• Ability to pass a skills test on nominated machines.
• Extensive experience in Earthworks, Civil Construction or Pipe laying
• Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver exceptional results.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and levels.
• A positive attitude towards Health, Safety and the Environment.
• Capability to work lead a team while working under an experienced supervisor.
• RII tickets for a minimum of 2 of the following: Excavator, Backhoe, Skid Steer.
• A proven track record of at least 3 years experience as a Leading Hand or similar role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate III in any related field (desired but not essential)
