Protech are recruiting for a Civil Leading Hand for a project based in Redliffe, immediate start available.

As a Civil Leading Hand, you will be responsible for managing daily work, allocating tasks to appropriate labourer and operator teams, communicating progress or challenges with Supervisors and Foreman on site, and ensuring a safe work site is maintained throughout.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Long term work on new project based in Rochedale
• $46-$54+ per hour depending on experience
• Car Included
• Penalties and travel allowance
• Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm, Saturdays as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directing and leading Labourers, Machine Operators, Subcontractors and Suppliers on site
• Communicating effectively with team on daily priorities
• Maintain daily record of site activities
• Operating machinery including Excavator, Positrack, and Roller

TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 3 years of experience within Civil Construction Industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Civil Leading Hand or equivalent leadership experience
• Valid drivers licence with reliable transport
• Construction White Card and RII's for Machine Operating
