About the role

As a Construction Leading Hand at DYNACIV Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects . This full-time position will see you take on a supervisory and hands-on role, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of construction projects to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, delegating tasks and monitoring progress

Liaise with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Oversee the quality of work and adherence to safety protocols

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced construction workers

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project

Always maintain a high level of integrity

Project planning and management, including ensuring achievement of project objectives.

The ability to lead Technicians

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a leading hand or supervisor in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in concrete remediation, waterproofing, protective coating and structural remediation.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and direct construction crews

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues as they arise

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and safety regulations

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed

Be adaptable in both construction and administration duties of the roll
