Joining a dynamic, fast paced team you will thrive in an ever-changing environment where no 2 days are the same. As an office coordinator, you will be ensuring that our 6-star offices and workspace are maintained, and our visitors and employees are supported.
As the first person that we see each morning, you will be a highly personable individual who is able to set the tone of each day with a smile.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling, reception duties, ordering and restocking office supplies as well as our being involved in helping the smooth running of our many events and inductions!
We’re looking for someone with a minimum 1 year in a similar Coordinator / Admin role who will:
- Take ownership: Have the ability to work autonomously and to a fast pace. This is a position that will require you to be highly organised, use your initiative and pivot as required with evolving business needs.
- Be tech savvy: Be a wiz at Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Exposure to Canva would be ideal.
- Customer First approach: Be the face of the business and have worked in a professional environment.
