The Opportunity:

Do you have a background in road construction &/or forest land management with a passion for working outdoors? We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Hardwood Forest Division in Wauchope, NSW.

About the role:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating staff and contractors involved in road construction & maintenance. You will also be involved in the planning and protection of the forest estate from pests and weeds, as well as fire mitigation responsibilities.

This role is also has supervisory skills with both employees and contractors.

Your work will help maximize the commercial, environmental, and social values of these forests.

Essential skills and experience to be successful in the role:

Demonstrated leadership skills

Experienced in working safely in a high risk environment

Willing to be a team player

Level of fitness that will see you pass the pre-employment medical, and the Task Based Assessment to qualify to a standard of fitness to fire-fight.
