Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Management: Organise and oversee events, including promotional materials and on-the-day support across multiple business units.
- Content Development: Assist in crafting blogs, brochures, and newsletters while maintaining consistent branding.
- Email Marketing: Develop and distribute EDM campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and audience engagement.
- Social Media Support: Create, schedule, and monitor social media content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Graphic Design Coordination: Work closely with designers to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives.
- Project Coordination: Manage marketing tasks and deadlines using project management tools like Asana.
- Marketing Team Support: Provide assistance to the National Marketing Manager and team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate on briefing and executing digital campaigns.
- Media Plan Execution: Implement media plans as directed by the National Marketing Manager.
- Creative Briefs: Develop detailed briefs for the design team in collaboration with marketing stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Manage databases, organise files, source supplier quotes, and coordinate invoices.
- Event Reporting: Compile and analyse post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Skills
- Team Collaboration: Works effectively with colleagues across different departments and business units.
- Marketing Tools Proficiency: Experience with platforms like Asana, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, ensuring clear and effective messaging.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative and proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Design Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Suite is beneficial.
- Organisational Ability: Skilled in multitasking, prioritising, and managing work across various business units.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a marketing support role or internship is beneficial but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using marketing software and tools.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently studying).
