About the Role

In this newly created role, the B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to grow our B2B business. Your expertise in market research, segmentation, and messaging should help foster existing corporate relationships and result in increased lead generation and improved brand awareness.

This role requires someone who is comfortable driving their own workload and being part of a team. You will be a strategist, able to utilise data and insights to craft strong marketing strategies that drive new leads and support our sales team members in achieving commercial targets. You will work closely with channel experts within the marketing team, taking a lead on briefs for website evolution, multimedia content creation, and sales enablement collateral.

You will be a member of a high performing and supportive marketing team. This team consists of marketing and digital acquisition specialists, brand and graphic design experts, website developers and managers, and a videographer.

Key Responsibilities

Increasing Strategic Impact

  • Grow a deep understanding of the corporate education market through ongoing Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and execute new strategies for driving B2B sales growth.

Product Marketing and Collateral Management

  • Creation and activation of client case studies and testimonials
  • Ownership of the positioning and presentation of key B2B products across website and other marketing collateral to ensure market awareness and enabling prospects from consideration through to purchase.

Event Management

  • Management of third party and in-house prospect and client events.

Sales and Product Partnership

  • Provide support to sales team members on key tailored opportunities
  • Work closely with the short course and qualification product teams to provide inputs to their strategy and gain insights for product positioning.

Reporting and Results

  • Build and maintain dashboards to measure results of marketing initiatives and sales activity.
  • Create and deliver presentations on results to organisational stakeholders.
  • Utilise results to drive buy-in on future initiatives.

Experience and Skills

  • 10 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Experience with marketing automation software (preferably Marketo but any relevant experience is valued)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with account-based marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
