We are a small family orientated practice in the Eastern suburbs looking for a part time Practice Manager. Our team prides itself on providing care and consideration to our patients.
About The Role
Our Practice Manager will oversee the operational management of the Clinic and ensure it runs efficiently and effectively within agreed targets and policies an according to best practice standards. You will also be required to assist with Reception duties covering shifts if required
You will be responsible for:
· Human Resource Management Practice Accreditation
· Supporting and Liaising with our General Practitioners
· Practice Accreditation
· Payroll
· Accounts Payable & Receivable
· Debt Management
· Asset Maintenance
- Problem Solving
· Productivity
This role is suitable for an experienced Practice Manager who is looking for a part time role.
The qualities we are looking for:
· Previous experience as a Practice Manager
· Experience in Best Practice, Xero and Microsoft.
· Excellent communication skills working in a team environment
· Experience in accreditation in a General Practice environment
· A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
· Proven multi-tasking, problem and time management skills.
