Dental Members, Robina are looking for a experienced Practice Manager on a permanent part time basis up to 4 days per week.

This is an ideal opportunity for a practice manager who wants to be valued and respected for their experience, reliability and professional contribution to their workplace.

THE ROLE:

This is a practice based, patient facing role - we are unable to offer work from home hours.

Approximately 30-38 hours per week. Practice hours 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday

4 Chair practice - dedicated to high value and complex treatment including implants, cosmetic and general dentistry

Reception and administration

Staff Management, rostering, recruitment and training as needed

Appointment schedule management ensuring smooth operations day to day

Treatment coordination across several practitioners in our group and Anaesthetists

Brand new 4 chair premises

ABOUT YOU:

Self-motivated and strive for best practice in all aspects of a patient experience

Professionally presented

3+ years experience working as a Dental Practice Manager in a busy general dental practice essential. Implant experience is advantegous.

Current infection control knowledge

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to work efficiently

Proven ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

Reliability, communication skills, and a positive attitude is essential, along with the willingness to learn and bring a positive and bubbly ‘can-do’ attitude to our clinic!
