Coffee Roaster & Industry All-Rounder – Full-Time OR Casual

Are you a coffee pro who’s done the time and now wants to step up and prove themselves? We’re on the hunt for a passionate, experienced, and driven coffee industry all-rounder to join our team. We are based in Bowral NSW.

About the Role

This diverse position for someone who knows the coffee industry inside and out—roasting, sales, training, barista and coffee machine servicing. You'll be working closely with our Head Roaster, while also playing a key role in supporting our wholesale customers, driving new business, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from a wholesale coffee roasting perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing

☕ Roasting & Production – Assisting our Head Roaster in top-quality coffee for our flagship retail site and our wholesale customers.

🤝 Wholesale Customer Support – Building strong relationships with our existing wholesale partners.

🚚 Order Processing & Deliveries – Ensuring our wholesale customers get their coffee on time.

📈 New Business Development – Driving new wholesale sales and onboarding new accounts.

🎓 Barista Training – Helping wholesale customers to train staff and implement efficient strategies.

🔧 Coffee Machine Servicing – Assisting in maintenance and basic technical support.

What We’re Looking For

Someone with hands-on experience in roasting, barista training and business development

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

A people person—great with customers and passionate about building relationships.

A solid understanding of coffee machines and equipment with basic servicing skills a bonus.

A full driver’s license (essential for deliveries and customer visits).

Front of House barista experience
