Office All-Rounder – Finance, Marketing, Admin - Immediate Start

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office All-Rounder to join our creative and fast-paced team in Moore Park. This full-time role offers hands-on experience across finance, design and marketing, and admin.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

You’ll support the team across a variety of day-to-day tasks, with a focus in three key areas:

Finance: entering supplier bills, invoicing, chasing payment, bank reconciliations, company credit card reconciliations and other finance tasks as required.

Marketing: website and content updates, social media & basic design

Administration: managing correspondence, ordering office supplies and ad-hoc admin tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

· Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

· Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Xero

· A basic understanding of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable

· A basic understanding of Accounting

· Interest in design, marketing and content creation

· A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
